Dues
How much are the annual dues?
See the Dues page for the current amount. Dues help cover neighborhood maintenance, common areas, snow plowing, and community events.
How do I pay my dues?
You can pay online, or by cash or check. All the details (including who to make checks payable to) are on the Dues page.
Are dues required?
Dues are voluntary but strongly encouraged. Every household contribution helps keep the neighborhood looking great and events running.
Events
Are events open to everyone in the neighborhood?
Yes! All neighbors are welcome at every event. Bring the kids, bring a friend, and come say hi.
Do events cost anything?
Most events are free. If there's a cost (like a shared meal), it'll be mentioned in the event details.
Getting Involved
How can I join a committee or the board?
Visit the Board page to see the committees and how to join each one. Officer elections happen at the annual meeting.
I have a concern or idea. Who do I contact?
Email the board — the address is in the footer. We read everything and try to respond within a week or two.
